Mindy, right where your team already works.

Slack is where most teams meet Mindy first. Connect one app, point her at the channels that matter, and she answers from your site's knowledge base in the flow of conversation.

Connect Slack

  1. Add the Mindy app to your workspace

From the operator console, connect Slack and authorize the one Mindy appfor your workspace. There's a single app to install — no per-channel bots to manage.
  2. Choose where she listens

Scope Mindy to the channels you want her active in. She only participates where you've invited her, so you decide exactly how visible she is.
  3. Start talking

Ask a question in a scoped channel or DM Mindy directly. She answers from your connected site's content — the same knowledge base the WordPress plugin keeps in sync.

How she shows up

One app, your workspace

A single Mindy app connects to your Slack workspace. Installation and permissions live in one place, and you can disconnect it just as easily.

Channel scoping

Mindy is only active in the channels you scope her to. Invite her into a support channel or a team channel; leave her out of everywhere else. You stay in control of her reach.

The operator chat

Beyond answering questions, Mindy works as an extra teammate for the people running the site.

The operator chat is the working surface for your team — ask Mindy about your content, have her pull things together, and treat her as a teammate who already knows your site. It runs on the same tenant-isolated knowledge base as everything else, so what she knows is only ever your own connected content. See trust & privacy for how that isolation works.
