Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Mindy, you agree to these terms. If you're using Mindy on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to them.

Mindy is Zincan's AI assistant for content sites — a Slack chief-of-staff and WordPress-native helper. Mindy is currently in private beta and is provided “as is.”Features may change, break, or be removed as we improve it, and availability isn't guaranteed during beta.

You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. New organizations may need to be approved before full platform access is granted. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Mindy.

Don't use Mindy to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
• upload content you don't have the right to process, or others' personal data without a lawful basis;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure;
• resell or expose the service to third parties outside your organization without our agreement.

You own your content. The site content, Slack data, and anything else you connect remains yours.

To provide the service, you grant Zincan a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, and display that content — and to share the parts needed with the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy — solely so Mindy can do its job for you. This license exists only to operate the service and ends when you remove the content or close your account. We don't use your content to train AI models.

Mindy generates answers using AI. Those answers can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. Treat Mindy's output as a helpful draft, not a final authority — verify anything important before you act on it or publish it.You're responsible for what you do with Mindy's output.

Mindy connects to and relies on third-party services (Slack, the AI providers and infrastructure named in our Privacy Policy, payment processing, and any tools you authorize via Composio). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page and processed through Stripe. The Mindy platform fee does not include your AI model usage — you bring your own provider key, and that provider bills you directly. During private beta some pricing terms may not yet apply; we'll be clear about what you owe before charging you.

You can stop using Mindy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we need to protect the service or other customers. On termination, your right to use Mindy ends and we'll handle your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

Mindy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zincan won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Mindy. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify Zincan against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms — for example, a claim that content you connected infringes someone else's rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zincan is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as Mindy evolves. When we do, we'll bump the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll try to give account holders advance notice. Continuing to use Mindy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
