What Mindy does

One operator, all the unglamorous work.

Mindy is the always-on teammate who keeps a content site moving — without needing to be asked.

Knows your archive cold

Every post, page, and revision becomes searchable context. Mindy answers from your library — not from the open web.

Stays on-brand by default

She learns your voice from what you've already published. Drafts, summaries, and replies sound like you wrote them.

Answers readers at 3am

Embedded chat on your site fields the obvious questions so your support inbox stays focused on what really matters.

Reports in plain English

Weekly digests in Slack: what shipped, what's stuck, what to look at. No dashboards, no logging in.

Wherever you work

Three surfaces, one operator.

Mindy shows up in the tools your team already uses — and shares the same memory across all three.

Mindy delivering a weekly editorial digest in the #editorial channel of a Slack workspace — listing shipped posts, in-progress drafts, and a stalled essay needing a nudge.

Mindy in the operator chat at mindy.help/chat, explaining why a sourdough post is sitting at rank #11 and proposing two revisions that would move it into the top 3.

FAQ

Common questions, answered.

The honest version of the stuff every operator wants to know before they connect a site.

  • Is my content used to train models?

No. Mindy runs inference against Anthropic and OpenAI under their enterprise terms — your prompts and her replies are never used to train their models.

Mindy's own knowledge base is per-site. Your content lives in your own vector store and is never co-mingled with another operator's archive.

  • How is my data isolated from other customers?

Each site gets its own Postgres schema (for memory and conversation history) and its own Qdrant collection (for the vector index of your content). The isolation is enforced by the database engine, not by a query filter — a misconfigured request returns nothing rather than the wrong site's data.

Every tool call Mindy makes is gated by the site identity on the signed request. Cross-site access fails closed at the dispatch layer.

  • What platforms beyond WordPress?

WordPress is what ships today — the mindy-sync plugin syncs your posts, pages, and revisions automatically. The architecture underneath is platform-agnostic: Ghost, Squarespace, hand-rolled static sites — anything with a public read API can integrate.

We're prioritising based on what operators actually run. If you've got a specific platform in mind, tell us and we'll scope it.

  • Can I export everything?

Yes. Your conversation history, your knowledge base, and your settings are exportable as a single tarball at any time from the operator app — no support ticket required.

If you cancel, everything is deleted within 30 days. Earlier on request.

  • What does cancellation look like?

One click from your dashboard. Stripe handles the proration so you aren't paying for time you didn't use.

Your data sticks around for 30 days in case you come back — after that it's permanently gone, vector store and all.

  • How accurate is the Q&A?

Mindy is grounded in your archive. Every reader question runs through retrieval first — she answers from what you've actually published, not from a generic web crawl.

When your content doesn't cover a question, she says so instead of guessing. Hallucination rates run dramatically lower than a general-purpose chatbot because the retrieval gate is strict.

  • Do you support multilingual sites?

We index multilingual content fine — Mindy syncs whatever your WordPress site publishes — so search and retrieval work across languages today.

Her generated replies default to English. Native multilingual response generation is on the roadmap; if you're running a multilingual site and want to be first, get in touch.

  • Do you have SOC 2?

Not yet. We're targeting Type II in early 2027.

Today we run on DigitalOcean Managed Postgres with automatic backups, Kubernetes with per-tenant network policies, and per-tenant secret encryption at rest. The full security posture doc is available on request — email us.
